Terms & Conditions
Arlezer Quiller Originals meticulously quality-inspects all jewelry and adornments during designing, hand-making, finishing and packaging processes to virtually eliminate the need for returns or exchanges. Note that Arlezer’s handmade items include natural gemstone, copper and sterling silver wire as well as natural suede, leather or other organic fiber cord, and these elements develop a patina as they are worn and exposed to humidity, perspiration, body oils and other environmental factors. Arlezer provides care and storage recommendations to help maintain the beauty of your purchased jewelry and adornments as they develop a subtle patina, over time. This naturally-occurring patina process actually enhances the organic appeal of our designs and further personalizes our pieces in response to the wearer’s lifestyle, environment and body chemistry.
In addition to the complimentary effects of the natural patina process, bespoke or customized orders are processed to meet specific customer requests for preferred materials, additional design development and personalized finished measurements. Therefore, sales initiated by bespoke or customized orders are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Mutual agreement to Terms & Conditions is implied between the purchasing customer and Arlezer Quiller Originals based on evidence of e-commerce transactions and e-mail communication conducted between the parties to document order acknowledgement and processing, payment, fulfillment and delivery — and, to document returns and exchanges, if applicable. Mutual agreement applies to immediate purchases of products posted at the online gallery and e-commerce website (http://www.aqoriginals.com) as well as applies to purchases initiated by bespoke or custom orders from the customer.
Terms & Conditions will be updated based on precedents established through interactions with customers as well as new guidelines, laws and regulations as they become available for Squarespace e-commerce website subscribers.
