Shipping: Method, Policy and Rates

Most orders with a United States delivery address ship by USPS Priority Mail within 3 to 4 business days after the customer receives e-mail confirmation of order processing. Order confirmation e-mail will contain a projected shipping date. Flat rate shipping prices are quoted below for your convenience. It is sometimes necessary for Arlezer Quiller Originals to provide additional insurance to cover the risk of shipping higher-value orders, resulting in higher shipping cost. The customer will receive a separate e-mail to confirm shipping and to provide a delivery tracking number. If you have questions or concerns regarding order fulfillment, send an e-mail to aqoriginals@gmail.com, type Order Questions in the subject line, and provide a voice contact area code and phone number in the body of the message. Most questions can be resolved via responsive e-mail communication.

Quality Assurance

Arlezer Quiller Originals quality-inspects all jewelry and adornments as she designs, hand-makes, finishes and packages each keepsake to virtually eliminate the need for returns or exchanges. Note that Arlezer personally hand-makes her products from a selection of A-grade and B-grade natural gemstone, Swarovski crystal, and fire-polished Czech and Preciosa glass beads; with bare copper and sterling silver wire as well as natural suede, leather or other organic fiber cord and hard-to-find antique or collectible design elements. Bare copper and silver wire and natural gemstones develop a patina as they are worn and exposed to humidity and other environmental factors; but, their quality is not diminished.

Arlezer provides care and storage recommendations to help maintain your jewelry and adornments as they develop a deeper characteristic patina, over time. This naturally-occurring patina actually enhances the organic appeal of Arlezer’s designs and further personalizes each keepsake in direct response to the wearer’s lifestyle, environment and body chemistry. If you prefer an “always shiny-and-new” appearance in the semi-precious or precious metals used to hand-wrap and weave your designs, consider coated copper wire and Argentium silver wire. Karat gold-filled wire and colored copper wire is also available on custom orders. Returns & Exchanges

Time-Sensitive Return & Exchange Policy

• Customer’s intent to return purchased item/items must be received via e-mail to aqoriginals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation provided by USPS Tracking/Delivery Confirmation that matches the exact delivery address provided in customer’s original order. Please state “Return Request” in the e-mail subject line and explain the reason for return in the body of the e-mail message. Please include complete voice contact area code and phone number — as well as best time to call — in your e-mailed return request. Voice contact might be necessary to resolve your return request. When stating best call time, please note that Arlezer Quiller Originals is located within the U. S. Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST), which may effect calling time if different than your time zone. Be sure to enable voice mail capability and be sure your voice mailbox is not full so you receive potential messages from Arlezer.

• Note: Return requests submitted more than 48 hours after USPS Tracking/Delivery confirms delivery to the address stated in the original order are not eligible for return or exchange.

  When your eligible returned item/items are received at Arlezer Quiller Originals, an exchange credit will be issued for the total checkout price of your original purchase.

• The exchange credit is non-transferable and it must be applied to another Arlezer Quiller Originals purchase of equal or lesser value within one year of the date return credit is issued. The exchange credit can be applied to a higher-priced item that will ship after the difference in price — the balance due after application of exchange credit — is paid in full.
